Nebraska is one of two states (with Maine being the other) that splits its electoral college votes. The Trump campaign is making a push to consolidate Nebraska’s electoral college votes into a winner-take-all system like most other states have.
This strategy comes on the heels of a plausible map that sees Joe Biden and Trump both earn 269 electoral college votes if the Nebraska votes are counted in a winner-take-all system.
