Third party candidates are rising across the country. In Pennsylvania, the Forward Party is running two statewide candidates on their own party line for the first time – Eric Settle and Chris Foster. Settle and Foster are running for Attorney General and State Treasurer respectively, and are hoping to bring some sanity back to their state’s politics.
